Built on Trust.Driven by Faith.Moving Forward.

FidaroHQ is a technology and consulting team. The people who plan your project are the people who build it and run it, so nothing gets lost in the hand-off.

Most technology projects don't fail in the code. They fail in the gap between the people who plan and the people who build. At FidaroHQ there is no gap: one team carries your project from the first workshop to production, and stays.

One team, eight modules.

Run one on its own or several together. Every module is staffed by the people who planned it. Press a key to see what it covers.

AI & agents

Production AI that does real work: agents, assistants and automations wired into the tools your team already uses.

Use-case audit

We find the two or three workflows where AI pays back fastest, and tell you which ones it won't.

How a project runs.

Five steps, in this order, with the same people at every one. You always know which step you are in and what comes out of it.

  1. 1Discover

Two weeks with your people and your systems. We map how work actually happens, not how the org chart says it does.

    • Stakeholder interviews
    • Systems audit
    • Gap analysis
    • Success metrics
  2. 2Plan

A scoped plan with a fixed price per phase, the architecture drawn out, and the risks named up front.

    • Solution architecture
    • Technology choices
    • Risk register
    • Phased budget
  3. 3Build

Two-week sprints that each end with a working demo. You see progress, not status reports.

    • Agile sprints
    • Continuous integration
    • Fortnightly demos
    • Shared backlog
  4. 4Assure

Testing runs alongside the build, not after it: functional, performance, security and real users.

    • Automated tests
    • Load testing
    • Security review
    • User acceptance
  5. 5Launch & run

A planned go-live, training for your team, and the same engineers on support afterwards.

    • Staged rollout
    • Team training
    • Handover docs
    • Ongoing support

Healthcare

Patient-facing apps and clinical systems that respect privacy rules from the first line of code.

  • Appointment and triage platforms
  • HL7 and FHIR integrations
  • HIPAA-ready cloud hosting

Healthcare

Triage that answers in seconds

An AI intake assistant that takes symptoms in plain language, books the right clinician and writes the note straight into the patient record.

For a regional clinic network.

The system: Patient app, then Intake agent, then FHIR API, then Scheduling.

Tall warehouse racking stacked with boxed inventory

Logistics

One stock count, everywhere

Warehouse, storefront and ERP held three versions of the truth. We built the event layer that made them one, updated within seconds.

For a distribution company.

The system: Scanners, then Event bus, then ERP, then Storefront.

A supermarket aisle stocked floor to ceiling

Retail

Checkout that holds on peak day

A monolithic store moved to the cloud with autoscaling, a rebuilt checkout and load tests at five times last year's peak.

For a multi-store retail chain.

The system: CDN, then Storefront, then Order API, then Payments.

What we work in

Asked before every project.

How long does a project take?

A focused website or prototype takes two to four weeks. A production app or platform usually takes eight to sixteen. You get a timeline with the plan, before you commit to anything.

How do you price work?

Fixed price per phase. Discovery is a small fixed fee; every phase after it is quoted from what discovery found, so there are no open-ended invoices.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. The repository, the cloud accounts and the documentation are in your name, and we work inside them.

Can you work alongside our in-house team?

Yes, and we often do. We can lead the whole project, fill one gap such as data or security, or pair with your engineers so the knowledge stays with you.

Do you only build new systems?

No. Much of our work is modernising what is already running: untangling integrations, moving to the cloud in stages, and replacing old systems one slice at a time.

What happens after launch?

You choose. Most clients keep a monthly support plan with the same engineers; others take full ownership with our handover documents and training. Plans can be cancelled with a month's notice.

Tell us what has to work.

Describe what you are trying to fix. We reply within one business day, with questions rather than a sales deck.
